type : Grapes are handpicked. Destalking, maceration at 28-30°C for about 25 days, soft pressing and temperature controlled. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Ageing in the bottle: Almost 3 months.
Taste Note : This ruby red wine with purple tinges has a fresh bouquet aroma that recalls the small fruits of the forest. Full rounded on the palate ,it’s retains the structure and sweetness of the fruit without losing in freshness and depth.
